  • General Note: For all free item offers, the free item applies to the lowest-priced item.

  • 1+1 Offer: Applies when 2 items are added to the cart.

  • 2+1 Offer: Applies when 3 items are added to the cart.

  • 3+1 Offer: Applies when 4 items are added to the cart.

  • Validation: If the required number of items for each offer is not added, the offer will not apply. The higher-priced item(s) will be charged, while the lower-priced item(s) will be free.

  • RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date only, or within 30 days in case of manufacturing defects, provided the products (Hair, Skin, or Pediatric care) are in their original, unopened packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • The maximum purchase limit per customer per month is 10 items (total orders).

  • The website does not accept more than one order at the same time; only one order will be confirmed.

  • No new order will be accepted if there is a pending order with the shipping company; it must first be received or cancelled.

  • CANCELLATION FEES

  • If an order is cancelled more than twice with the shipping company, the customer will bear all subsequent shipping costs.
