Shipping Destinations

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location/governorate.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders that exceed a certain total value (as mentioned in our current website banners/promotions).

Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 2–3 business days.

  • Other Governorates: 3–5 business days.

  • Remote Areas: Up to 7 business days.

Delivery Process

  • Order Tracking: You will be notified via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is out for delivery.

  • Inspection: Please inspect the package upon receipt. If the product is visibly damaged, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Returns Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Acceptance

  • Hygiene Standard: Due to the nature of our products (Hair, Skin, and Baby care), items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the product is defective or does not match your order, XQ Pharma will bear all shipping costs for the exchange or refund.

Refunds

  • For "change of mind" returns, the customer pays the shipping fees.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or as store credit, typically within 7–14 business days.
